About Enter and View
Local Involvement Networks can go into some types of health and social care premises to observe the nature and quality of services.
The services typically include the following, and private establishments can be visited if treating patients under public funding:
Hospitals
GP Practices and Health Centres
Dentists
Care Homes
Pharmacies
Service providers have a duty under legislation to allow Enter and View Visits to take place.
Enter and View Team
Lewisham Local Involvement Network has trained seven representatives that form the Enter and View Team. The team, working in groups of three have already conducted visits in Lewisham. The qualified Enter and View Team are:

After a Visit
After each Enter and View visit, the team makes recommendations to the service provider in the form of a report. Under law, reports have to be acknowledged.
