At a GP Surgery Near You...
Since the beginning of 2010, volunteers and staff have been hard at work recording people's views at Lewisham's GP surgeries.
Patients have chatted with us while waiting for appointments and they have shared their views on health and social care in the borough.
Over 3,500 Comments Recorded!
Over 3,500 comments from service users have been recorded and added to our custom-built database which helps us to establish the issues here in Lewisham.
Helping to Achieve a Better Service
Thanks to our database, plus observations made while at the surgeries, we are able to produce detailed reports that inform Practice Managers of the top issues. The managers in turn are able to share this information with their GP's and Patient Participation Groups.
Our Outreach Reports
So far we have conducted outreach at 22 GP surgeries, with plans to visit more, plus local dentists, libraries and leisure centres. Reports are below.
