A Pathfinder HealthWatch

We all have experiences of local health and social care services.

Our independent network of individuals and organisations is keen to improve services and wants to hear about your experiences.

There is a Local Involvement Network in every borough in England, each with statutory powers to enter and view services, recommend improvements and be represented.

As a local resident, you can be a part of it.

Why get involved?

As a member of the public, you have a right to be
involved in discussions and decisions about your
health and social care services.

By sharing your experiences and ideas with your Local Involvement Network, you can influence the way local services are run...

About Us

Our custom-built database is helping us to identify
the issues here in Lewisham.

We recorded 1,834 comments during the first three
months of 2011. The graph on the right represents
the top 5 trends.

It shows that service users are satisfied with the
level of customer service they receive, including
the attitude of staff and clinical treatment.

When it comes to service accessibility, many users
said it was difficult to obtain appointments, and
waiting times could be shorter.

Stay tuned to see what your LINk is doing about
these issues. Or why not get involved!
