C's provides 24-hour supported accommodation for adults with a learning
disability or mental health problems in Lewisham and Southwark. It also
provides outreach support to people with a learning disability living in
their own homes in Lewisham. The outreach service aims to help people to live
independently and to access leisure, education and the full range of social
activities available in the community. |
