in Deptford, we are a dynamic charity supporting families cope with mental
health challenges. We offer psychological counselling and therapeutic
rehabilitation to our clients. Projects we run include, parenting training
for families with children who suffer with common mental health illnesses
(eating disorders, self-harming, victims of bullying, low self esteem etc),
1-2-1 counselling to families and individuals in violent/abusive
relationships or are fighting addictions, breakfast clubs for parents, yoga
lessons, health trips and walks etc. We also offer work placements to
volunteers and the long term unemployed. |
